- How can contracts be made?
In case of share house and monthly rent, we sign “periodic lease contract”. In the case of guesthouse, it will be treated as “accommodation” and no contract will be concluded.
- How to make a reservation?
In case of share house, please apply after viewing inside. For monthly rent and guesthouse, please apply without a viewing.
- Can I change the target room, property or schedule after making a reservation?
Changes can be made if another room you want to target is vacant.
- What is the initial cost?
In case of share house, rent, common service fee, deposit and fire insurance fee will be charged. In case of monthly rent, rent, common service fee, cleaning fee will be charged at the time of leaving. In case of guesthouse, there will be an accommodation fee and a cleaning fee at checkout.
- How long can I keep the room reserved?
Basically, it is 2 weeks for share houses. In case of monthly rent or guesthouse, it will be reserved after payment of the accommodation fee.
- Can two people stay in one room?
Basically, it is impossible for share houses. Please contact us for monthly rent and guesthouse, as there are many cases where two or more people are acceptable.
- What is the age group of the resident? Is there an age limit?
Most share house residents are in their early 20s and late 30s. Monthly rent and guesthouse are available for both young and old.
- Can I apply without a viewing in advance?
As for share house, it is a must. As for monthly rent and guesthouse, it is generally applied without a viewing in advance.
- Is it possible to move in immediately after viewing?
It is possible.
- What do I need to have when moving in?
In case of share house and monthly rent, please prepare ID card and seal. If you are staying in guesthouse, only you need is your ID card.
- Will I be charged for cancellation after moving in?
In case of a share house, a penalty will be charged if the minimum occupancy period has not been reached. In case of monthly rent and guesthouse, you will be charged the cost for the schedule before moving in, but refunds will not be given if you leave the room before the move-out / check-out date.
- How can I pay my rent?
I need your help by bank transfer. Credit payment is also possible.
- About entry and exit by non-contractors
Entrance or exit by non-contractors and non-staying guests is prohibited.
- Is there a curfew?
No. but please do not disturb other residents and neighbors for noise.
- Do I need to prepare futon(bedding goods) by myself?
In case of share house and monthly rent, we can offer at additional cost. In case of guesthouse, we will offer it as bedding goods.
- Are there the rules for taking out trash?
In case of share house and monthly rent, please dispose of garbage according to the local rules. If you stay in guesthouse, please collect the garbage at designated space.
- Is smoking possible?
Smoking is not permitted within the facility.
- Can I keep pets such as dogs, cats and small animals?
Pets are not allowed to be raised.
- Can I play a musical instrument?
Musical instrument performance is prohibited.
- By when should I notify of the move out?
As for share house, please inform us one month before you move out. Monthly rent and guest house will be expelled / checked out at maturity.
