Let's go to see the house when you find the best house.
The schedule will be presented at your convenience.
3Apply and keep the room
If you wish to move into the house after viewing, you will need to apply. After applying, you can keep the room for about two weeks. (It is negotiable even if it exceeds that.)
4Payment for initial cost
We will send you an initial cost statement calculated from the date of move-in. Please confirm the contents and make payment by the specified method.
5Contract and key delivery
We will come to the office and read the contract together.
After signing the contract, you will be given a key.
6Move in!
